Is Riv's Styles a secure site?

Riv's Styles holds our customer's security as our highest priority.  All credit card transactions are encrypted and servers are secured to protect you and your information.  Selling or sharing any of your information to outside parties is strictly probited.  Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information. 

How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order to Riv's Styles within 30-Days of purchase date.  Please see our Return Policy for additional information. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change order please e-mail support@rivstyles.com.  If order has not processed and shipped we will try to fulfill request.  If order has already been processed and shipped we will walk you through the steps to ensure cancellation and/or change.  

I did not receive the product I ordered or received the wrong product.

Please contact us above and/or email support@rivstyles.com and we will remedy the situation immediately. 

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated ship dates are provided at the bottom of the description on each product page.  Ship dates are not guaranteed.  When available you will be provided with shipping information such as tracking number.  For questions regarding your order please e-mail support@rivstyles.com.

How can I check the status of my order?

What if I order an out of stock item? 

In the event you order an out of stock item we will e-mail you to provide you with the option of a refund or to put the purchase on back order.  All back order purchases will be fulfilled as soon as product is available.
